The program featured Danse Macabre by Saint-Saëns, brought to life not only through music but also through light, sign language interpretation, and vibration.
I was invited to create the vibratory setup: shakers were placed under the stage so the audience could feel the music through their bodies. We also built special vibrating devices connected to a violin, a double bass, and metal and wood plates—allowing the audience to physically experience the vibrations the musicians themselves were producing.
A powerful reminder that music can be felt, shared, and lived in many ways.
