D.A.D. — sound scenography

The Danish National Museum invited Augmented Music and the Technical University of Denmark to design the sound scenography for an exhibition celebrating the Danish rock band D.A.D.

Four sound spaces were created inside one room. Directional ceiling loudspeakers define listening zones while transducers beneath the floor transmit low-frequency vibration directly to the body.

The result turns the exhibition into a multisensory listening environment in which music is both heard and physically felt.
